We acquired PMP Recruitment as part of the wider acquisition of Cordant Group. Having an already established brand presence, we worked with the leadership team to control cash management, re-energise internal, operational management, boost client and contract relationships, and refocus their growth strategy.
Having a close association with, and understanding of, the logistics industry but no sector-aligned brands within our portfolio, we made the decision to enter into an ownership transfer with Challenge-trg Group. This move allowed Challenge-trg to unite their driving and PMP’s industrial recruitment expertise to create a market powerhouse.
