We have acquired the brands, intellectual property and operations of Altrix Group including TFS Healthcare and Soleus People, through a pre-pack administration process, securing jobs and uninterrupted provision of health and care staff to clients across the country.

The business will operate as part of HCRG Workforce Solutions, led by Chief Executive Gary Taylor. Since acquiring the HCRG Workforce Solutions business in 2018, we have undertaken multiple complementary mergers to build one of the UK’s biggest and most recognised health and social care solutions providers.

Altrix Group had filed a notice of intent to appoint administrators last week, with Martyn Rickels and Anthony Collier, partners at FRP advisory appointed as joint administrators of the Company on 10 March 2025.
